Redesign of the SNCF Réseau website, catering to local professionals and customers

Redesign of the SNCF Réseau website, catering to local professionals and customers

During this strategical project for SNCF, the leading railway company in France, I worked as the UX designer, collaborating closely with the SNCF Réseau team. The aim was to create a more efficient and user-friendly website. As part of the UX process, we conducted extensive research by interviewing both teams and network travelers to gain insights into their diverse needs.

The next step involved organizing the vast amount of content on the website. We conducted various workshops to gather information and ensure a cohesive user experience. Based on the research findings, I crafted wireframes, visually outlining the new pages and sections of the website. These wireframes served as a blueprint for the site’s layout and navigation, ensuring a seamless experience for professionals and local individuals using the French railway network.

Throughout the process, I worked closely with the team, incorporating their feedback and suggestions to refine the designs. Additionally, we conducted user testing at La Maison du Test, where we evaluated the interface directly with users, including both professionals and local travelers. This feedback loop allowed us to make iterative improvements, ensuring that the final website met the needs and expectations of its users while representing a significant step forward for SNCF Réseau.
